Are Shug’s BAKED Products Legal?

Absolutely! Shug’s BAKED goods are crafted using hemp cooking oil from the Carolinabis Company. This hemp is grown indoors using hydroponics and is pesticide-free.

Hemp is federally legal across all 50 states. As long as the THC is derived from hemp and constitutes less than 0.3% of the product, it's perfectly legal. For instance, a 10mg gummy is legal because the hemp-derived THC is less than 0.3% of the 3.5-gram gummy.

Unlike CC Wild Waters, which take effect in 5-10 minutes, edibles can take between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours to kick in. So be patient and DO NOT EAT MORE.

Be aware that consuming these products will result in a positive THC test! Shug’s BAKED goods, including brownies, cakes, and cookies, will all test positive.
